This is a series of incense holders inspired by the land art of Los Angeles. When I became a resident of Frog Town, Los Angeles, I began to pay attention to issues related to volcanoes and wildfires, which served as inspiration and a means of documenting these themes. I have many 2D paintings, and I have now started extending this work into 3D creations. Each piece is hand-painted by me, so there are slight variations in the details. The golden paint on the volcano is made using Japanese gold ink, which is very beautiful and delicate. I hope you like them! By combining functionality for everyday use, you can easily enjoy a small piece of art at home!
